Hi I'm Raphael, inventor of the Knockrrr. As a city-based product designer and entrepreneur, coffee became my ally. While making my own espresso shots, I noticed typical espresso accessories added to the hassle. Disliking the mess and cleaning from traditional knock boxes, I created Knockrrr.

Where is the Knockrrr made?
The Knockrrr is 3d printed in small batches in Baltimore, MD 🇺🇸, where each unit is carefully inspected and tested prior to shipping.
Can I use it on any garbage can? Or is does it only work for specific garbage cans?
At this time, the Knockrrr only works for the following garbage cans: Simplehuman Models #CW2025, #CW2024, and #CW2023. Request another garbage can model at info@knockrrr.com.
How do I mount it on my garbage can?
To mount it, grab the Knockrrr with your hand and and gently roll it in forward as if you were getting your hand on a motorcycle handle. To dismount it, do the opposite and roll it gently towards you as if you were accelerating a motorcycle. This is to avoid your garbage bag getting punctured. It’s best to only mount and dismount once per each garbage bag. Note that if you're using garbage bags that are too thin and of poor quality, they may get punctured unless you're careful with mounting and dismounting.
How do I wash it?
Wash with mild soap in cold water. Do not put in dishwasher.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your Knockrrr, you have 30 calendar days to return your Knockrrr from the date you ordered it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For any issues, please reach out to us via email at info@knockrrr.com. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. You will receive the credit within about 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
Is it durable enough for sustained hits from a portafilter?
Each Knockrrr is made right here in the 🇺🇸 USA from premium PLA Plus plastic, sturdy enough to hit it time and time again with your portafilter. Hit the Knockrrr only with the same intensity you would a Knock bar from a Knock box.
Are there any other colors available?
At the moment we only have bright orange. Please request other colors at info@knockrrr.com.
Can I recycle it?
You can recycle it as you would other PLA plastic. Please check your municipal codes on recycling.
Why are there cosmetic imperfections on my Knockrrr?
Each knockrrr is made in small batches using 3d printing. You may find some minor cosmetic imperfections, which are normal to 3d printing. These minor cosmetic imperfections will not affect the product's reliability or performance. We do not sell used Knockrrr's.
